Doug has flown hot air balloons since 2015, a commercial pilot and instructor who reads the wind, points out the landmarks, and loves to chat along the way.
Lift off as the early light bathes the vineyards in gold. Below you, endless rows of grapevines, terracotta estates, and citrus orchards stretch toward the Santa Ana Mountains. Small lakes shimmer like mirrors, and the only sound is the occasional roar of the burner. It's the most beautiful way to see the valley, quiet, peaceful, and breathtaking.
